Context

With the Azure Identities feature enabled in #28685, documentation introducing how to remove passwords from applications and transform them into passwordless connections should be published to help developers with migration.

There's a template worked out by Alex can be found here:

Goal

Publish migration documentation after the feature is enabled. The doc should use contextual tabs to distinguish Java and Spring code and configurations.
