We need to add support for performance testing in our perf framework for AMQP SDKs.
This will help to unblock the automated performance test runs for AMQP SDKs (EventHubs and Service Bus).
Will make the AMQP performance tests compatible for the performance automation pipeline.
Automated runs will help to catch performance regressions in time before releases.

I believe this was fixed in #26031. @g2vinay, feel free to re-open if there is remaining work.
