Description

There should be a guide about how to use the config framework.
The target readers are the members of Azure PowerShell team and service teams.
It should cover:

  • How to add a new config
  • How to get the value user sets for a config
  • Special cases
    • Applies to
    • Validation
    • Environment variable parsing logic
