azure-functions-durable-js does nothing for 410 error code and should Python durable functions do the same as well? Or raise a valid Exception.

@davidmrdavid : We discussed this with @ConnorMcMahon during our demos and AFAIK this needs to be handled in Javascript too

I seem to recall this conversation from when I was watching the sprint demo recordings. I'll wait for input from the others.

Yeah, we agreed on the call that we need to raise an error to the caller if a 410 is received.
