Just a UI spelling issue: me@stuffandthings:~$ az consumption usage list
Subscription 11111111-2222-3333-4444-555555555555is not assocaited with a supported Offer Type for getting azure Consumption data.

Pay attention to how "associated" is displayed above.

It looks like this error is from the server, so the fix is in the service itself.

This issue was fixed sometime back. The issue was in service and not the client.
