[App Service] Help text for creating a deployment slot isn't completely clear

If you run az appservice web deployment slot create -h, the --configuration-source parameter doesn't include a description, and therefore, it might be initially confusing to users what it expects.. Could we add a description that simply mentions this is the name of an existing slot to use as the source of the new slot?
