Notes need be removed now

We have documentation for input and output type in autorest-based module. The notes should be removed

This feature should be resolved after we fix docs issues at first and generate correct XML doc. Otherwise, user cannot see the description of each attribute.

We need to ask other partner's and consider it is a breaking change.
