chore: standardize nodeSelector declarations in addons

Reason for Change:

This is a simple PR that changes a few (working) non-standard (as compared to other addons) nodeSelector declarations so that it's 100% consistent.

Issue Fixed:

Requirements:

• uses conventional commit messages
• includes documentation
• adds unit tests
• tested upgrade from previous version
