Reason for Change:

SKU names must be unique and since we are now creating Windows VHDS for both docker and containerd we need a way to differentiate the SKU names.

Issue Fixed:

Requirements:

• uses conventional commit messages
• includes documentation
• adds unit tests
• tested upgrade from previous version
