Fix typo for new module workflows #1080

Change

  • Virtual Hub and VPN gateway workflows don't start due to failure in the Set input parameters step. Fixed reference to workflow file name
  • Aligned pipeline name and filename to convention for both ADO and GH

Please delete options that are not relevant.
