Describe the Bug with repro steps

1, Create a new consumption logic app or use the existing consumption logic app.

  1. Open designer
  2. Add trigger and actions of your choice
  3. Save and run the workflow
  4. After running the workflow, we could see a notification in notification icon with Open Run button .
  5. Clicking on open run button opening the monitoring view which is good.

Expected: Clicking on open run button opening the monitoring view which is good and closing the monitoring view should not come out of the logic app which makes user a bit confused. It would be good if we add a pop-up stating clicking on this button will come out of logic app or else adding a new button to stay in logic app.

**Actual:**Clicking on open run button opening the monitoring view which is good and closing the monitoring view is coming out of the logic app which makes user a bit confused.
