Workflow History Not Displaying

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Go to workflow overview, run history
2. Click on workflow instance in history
3. Action/history fails to display - no visible errors anywhere. Toolbar does display but minimap and fit view buttons show a blank canvas
4. Search workflow actions (using search button in toolbar) does however show actions and actions inputs/outputs JSON can be accessed
