[docs]: update Getting Started test and reference commands in the test

Update the tests defined in this file to use aztec-wallet as defined in the getting started guide and update the getting started guide to reference the commands defined in the test so we can ensure that the guide does not break as the aztec-wallet is updated.

Make sure the test is run as part of CI. The test is currently commented out here.
