Add poseidon2 hashing for stdlib transcript using UltraCircuitBuilder #852

Currently, the UltraCircuitBuilder doesn't add any gates for hashing. One fix would be to implement the stdlib Poseidon2 permutation using standard arithmetic gates.

We added the arithmetic gate version of Poseidon2 here: AztecProtocol/aztec-packages#4446, and the custom gate version here: AztecProtocol/aztec-packages#7494.
