There should be a nightly github actions workflow that deploys a network based on the most recent build of master.

The network should be configured as follows

  • Single proposer
  • 36 second slots
  • TxBot shooting in transactions at 1TPS
  • Disable proving

We should run a test that performs several concurrent transfers.
