  1. Add CI testing for version compatibility between Nargo and NoirJS <> Barretenberg tooling #7526

The bbup script currently supports fetching of specific versions of bb.

It would be great if the script additionally support --install-nargo that:

  1. Checks if a compatible version of Noir Nargo is already installed
  2. If not, installs the latest compatible version instead (e.g. through the noirup script)
