Protocol: Notes & Nullifiers

This is probably quite a surprisingly short section. Remember: there's also going to be a giant section describing each circuit in depth.
Note also: most of what happens inside an aztec.nr circuit is irrelevant to the protocol (and so doesn't need to be discussed in this doc); only the ABI of an aztec.nr circuit matters (and the public inputs ABIs will be discussed in the 'Protocol Statements' section).
