error in useage for options #123

Usage is simple: ncp [source] [dest] [--limit=concurrency limit] [--filter=filter] --stopOnErr

The = are incorrect and cause it to fail. At least on bash.

I've seen this pattern before. Is it perhaps an OS X sh only thing?
