Originally reported by @supernovia in slack. When at the top level in the Site Editor, the Styles section does not open when you click on it for themes without style variations, instead not responding when you select the option. This impacts folks across simple and atomic sites, as well as all open source users with GB 19.7.

About my setup for replicating

Safari, iPhone 13, OnyxPulse theme

Simple site (nomad.blog using OnyxPulse):

Opening this to be safe while we track down what's on Simple vs Atomic to rectify the problem. I am wondering if it has to do with what GB version is live on simple sites.
