When logged in as an Admin there is the option available to delete the site owner. When you click the 'Save changes' button you receive the error message "There was an error deleting @user_name". Since deleting is not permitted we should hide this option.

To provide a bit more context. When logged in as an admin on a site (who is not the owner) you are able to visit the edit link (people/edit/) and attempt to manage the site owner's role or remove them.
Instead it would make more sense to show a message like this:
When trying to change the role of the owner
I did notice we are still changing the label and the drop down until page refresh giving the illusion the role has been changed.
