Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start by using and older version of Android such as KitKat (4.4) or Lollipop (5.1).
  2. Go to https://wordpress.com/
  3. Try to find and click on the "Log in" link.

Result: a sign in form is not displayed when the "sign in" link is tapped.


Tested with Samsung Galaxy Tab4 (SM-T330NU), Android 5.1.1.

Note: marked as [Pri] High because this bug is confirmed for UC Browser Mini and UC Browser has 33% coverage in India.
