Need to handle inline markup inside words #385

Formats like html and markdown allow markup inside words that harper and other spelling/grammar checkers treat as word breaks:

BFG stands for Big Fat Games.

I wouldn't be surprised if some documentation formats used within code comments allow something similar to this.
