Ratings page only showing one post, not showing Start Date, Average Rating #288

When viewing the Ratings page on a WordPress.com site (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ratings) only one post is visible even with All time selected in Filters. Also, data is not shown for posts like Average Rating, Start Date, etc
