Enable table of contents

What

I would like to be able to add simple table of contents.
Preferrable it should be auto-generated based on headings, but doesn't need to be.

Why

This would make large notes easier to organize and move around in. Another solution could perhaps be to enable folders, though I think that it doesn't fulfill the same needs

How

Markdown has support for table of contents through heading IDs, so that could be utilized
