Expected Behaviour (if not obvious)

Actual Behaviour <--Misspelled it's Behavior

Install failed half way and took it out of Windows app uninstaller so I couldn't uninstall it that way. Seems the installer didn't close the app all the way because the keyboard was still showing it still functioning.

Reproduction steps

Tried to install v313 with older version still installed. It starts installing and then it can't install any other files like .dll. So I canceled it and now I can't uninstall it because it's not in the Windows uninstall app. Couldn't manually delete Aurora because Windows said it's still running even though the Aurora icon in the System Tray was gone. Went into Task Manger and closed Aurora and now I can delete and install the new version of Aurora. Had to go through all of that to get it installed and running.
