Get CPU and GPU monitoring via. Open Hardware Monitor

Since the only way to monitor CPU and GPU stats on AMD systems is through an unsafe driver, why don't we hook on to Open Hardware Monitor, a free lightweight software?

Open Hardware Monitor publishes its' info WMI so that other software can use it. I'm going to be honest, idk what I just typed there, but it looks like a promising replacement over inpoutx64.
