Issue

Once processed, 2/6/24's file for RP3 is saved into run_archive and Oddball_archive.csv.gz the oddball_archive fails to load with error: "Stopped early on line 916240". That line is a trial in 2/6/24 RP3's file.

Note: The matlab file appears properly formed when examined in matlab. When opening Oddball_archive.csv.gz in sublime, it opens as if its a csv, not zipped and what appears to be garbage in the sublime starts getting written part of the way through.

Repeat

  1. Load and save 2/6/24's file for RP3 (either manually or via the import_deleted_entries).
  2. Run "check and backup.R"
  3. Get error message: "Stopped early on line 916240. Expected 20 fields but found 1."
