non-ref-timeout way of stopping play in last 2 minutes #46

The time keepers are asking for a way to stop the time in the last 2 minutes and still be able to edit scores and penalties and such without re-starting the time -- Eric

I think they are asking to not have it say "Ref Timeout" during those time stoppages, perhaps during the last 2 minutes, touching the time pops up with an "edit time" window where the game information is and they can select that if they need to adjust the time, otherwise it just pauses the time, or maybe that could be the new default method for editing the time? -- Eric
