The "Disable solar flare negative effects on androids" setting (disableSolarFlareEffect in code) is not being written to the config xml file. When starting Rimworld, the setting reverts to the default value (false). Changing the setting during runtime applies the setting, but it will not persist between sessions.

Appears to be a setting that was missed in this commit from August 2021: b15a7f3
