Swinisian must be launched before discord, does not work with canary at all.
Timestamps do not work, could this be fixed by using the new MusicAPI to provide more information to swinisian, or a toggle for this be added to remove the time stamp on unsupported systems?
App name in discord displays SwinsianDiscord instead of Apple Music

I can't do much with the App Name, but the timestamp should work in the new build as I found a solution using Apple Script to get the elapsed time.

I will look into the other issues with the app not working with Canary and having to be launched before Discord.
