As nostrss is a CLI program, a man page would be useful to help and guide users without any external dependency (e.g: web page)

After further investigation, man support does not exist out-of-the-box as manpages are separated assets that must be installed in specific folder on app install, which is not supported by rust for now. See this issue

It seems a workaround exists with cargo-parcel. This should be explored.
