Last row can not swap

when use of shapeshift in one column, last row can't swap with it's Previous row,
you can see problem here:

all row can move together , but last row can't swap by prev!

After half a day, that problem was resolved finally. and Issue with dropping between last two draggable items was resolved,too. but not perfect.

Yes, It work, but isn't true solution.
I think jquery.shapeshift is closed for ever and we need to develop another
