Similar to issue #352 on wake Artemis does not overtake the OEM lighting scheme and connect to OpenRGB consistently. My workaround for now is writing a ps script that restarts the software on workstation logon through task scheduler. It would be nice to not have to rely on a script however. For more details regarding my setup, I am controlling Lian-Li RGB fans (stock fans from Lancool case and from their GA II Trinity AIO) plugged into an MSI mobo rainbow header with OpenRGB. OpenRGB's server appears to be fine and functioning.
