Feature: Ingress for Snapweb

I would propose adding an ingress for SnapWeb, so it could be easily accessed by the user.

Added a draft PR to add this: #12

I proposed making Snapweb's paths easier to configure for ingress, so the solution does not have to be hacky or include recompilation of snapweb for each installation.
