Suggestions for what to add to a Bandplan! #6
Comments
PMR446 in europe |
Thanks for the suggestion! PMR446 will be added to the International band plan in the next update. |
Great Bandplans! Any chance of converting them for use with SDR++ aswell, Thank you |
@Voyager-III Thanks! Yes, I will add them to SDR++ when I get the chance. I will go through every allocation and provide a source/ confirm allocation, as to try and avoid any errors. Then, I will be confident enough to contribute it to the repository, which uses json instead of xml, so that will take time to convert. At the moment I am busy with a local government project, so I do not know when I will do the update, but some parts are already complete. |
@Voyager-III I have a preliminary SDR++ version available now. It's not perfect since it's early access. However, I think most people will still like it. |
If you have suggestions for something to add to a bandplan you can mention it here!
Since there are so many things across the spectrum, I am bound to overlook something or not be familiar enough with a frequency or station and end up making a mistake. Also, since there are so many sources of possible things to add to the bandplan on the internet I left a lot of them off. For sake of time and to have a cleanish looking bandplan.
So, for those reasons, if I made a mistake or there is interest in something and you want to see added, you can leave a comment here and it will be added to the master (within reason of course).
