As things stand, all peers will be disconnected at height 3963000.

core/packages/crypto/src/networks/devnet/milestones.json

Line 79 in f450914

"minimumVersions": ["^2.6"]

This will kick off all current devnet peers when we reach the specified height, because 2.6.0-next.X does not satisfy ^2.6.
