Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

From what I gather:

  • The only way to boot a forger node is to provide the passphrase.

  • If this passphrase is compromised, everyone voting for this delegate would have to change their vote.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow delegates to:

  • Register a master public key when they enroll

  • Publish forging key(s) signed by the master key

  • Forge using the signed key

  • Revoke forging key(s).

If no reviewer appears after a week, a reminder will be sent out.

Not currently planned but something we will keep in mind for the 3.0 release.
