[Feature Request]: Pin Profile and Homepage Icons in Side Navigation

I believe it would be a great improvement to have optional CSS that can pin the Profile and Homepage Icons in the side navigation menu for quick access. My situation is as follows:

I manage nearly three dozen tabs, and navigating through the list often requires scrolling up significantly to return to the homepage or refresh a page.
While tab groups could shorten the length of the list, I would prefer not to rely on them as a workaround.
Would it be feasible to implement this functionality? It would greatly enhance navigation efficiency and user experience, at least in my case. 😄

I haven't maintained this repository in a while, and have been struggling to find a maintainer to take over.

Having "sticky" icons is possible through some CSS/JS hackery, but I don't believe I will have the time to develop this.

I was not aware you had stepped back from maintaining the repo.

In that case all I have to say is thank you for the fantastic themes and Organizr enhancements. I wish I would have stumbled across them sooner!
