Angel brackets highlight / coloring does not work

The angle brackets (< and >) highlighting / coloring doesn't seem to work.
Note: under the settings, these are called CuspBracket.

I am currently using the same settings for both round brackets (parentheses) and angle brackets.

IDE: Phpstorm 2021.2
Language: Typescript

@Cry0nicS Thank you for your report. There have been a lot of things recently and I have forgotten to reply. These days I will find some ways to solve this problem. :)
