Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
ApraPipes currently uses JP4.6 while Nvidia has deprecated it and added new APIs specifically following issues are observed:

  1. NvUtils has been added as a replacement of nvbuf_utils
  2. OpenCV4.5 with CUDA support
    3 EGL Render support

branch has the affected modules commented out
when someone works on this issue they should try to undo all changes done by this branch
