ES exporter interactive mode does not ask for credentials #8

Steps for repro

Use the interactive mode using curl
When it asks for the Elasticsearch URL, press enter. The expectation here is that it will take the default mentioned in square braces.
It does not ask for the user/pass once enter is pressed in the previous step.

Expected behaviour

Ask for each configurable parameter, and fall back to defaults for the ones for which enter is pressed.
