This change is to support GAE Java SDK 1.7.2.1. The process was to decompile the stubs-api jar, fix all of the compiler errors since the decompiler isn't perfect, add in our AppScale code, and comment on all of the changes for future releases. These changes are for the Datastore and Users api only.
The dev testing process was to first fix the compiler errors, recompile into the SDK and run our javabook test app using the SDK locally to see if it worked. Then we added our changes for AppScale and compiled them into the SDK and ran AppScale on a 1 node deployment with Cassandra using javabook.
