If the user specifies a deployment strategy where the database master is not the first node, then deploying with Hypertable does not work. This is because Hypertable is expecting to be able to log into each database node via rsync and ssh and not be prompted for a password, which is possible on the first node but not from other nodes. Need to set up passwordless SSH login on all nodes to resolve this.
