cannot connect mturk engine to the log in page via worker site

Expected behavior

connect with mturk worker site in order to log in to mturk engine then start searching

Actual behavior

accounts are not connecting nor am I able to log into mturk engine when redirected to the login page

What actually happened? Include any error messages you see in the console when the issue occurs (press F12 while using Mturk Engine to see the console).
