Description

We are currently missing proper documentation for most of the feature set of Bristlecone v2.

Documentation for the following features should be present on the fsdoc website:

  • DSL - main language features including arbitrary / complex components.
  • Workflows
  • Defining an estimation engine
  • Model fitting
  • Model selection
  • Data Access
  • Diagnostics - i.e.,
  • Convergence statistics;
  • Confidence Intervals
  • Dendroecology package
  • Included integration methods and signature for plugging in
  • Logging - included loggers and signature for plugging in
  • Optimisation - included routines and signature for plugging in
