Can Twente License be OSI-approved? (Seems like no, but let's see)

As mentioned on-list, Twente pretty unambiguously fails OSD §6: No discrimination against fields of endeavourr.

Hi @lamby, just out of curiosity, do you mean that even the post-feedback updated version also fails #6? It only has a transparently requirement on the project (see example in ./twente.me directory)
