re-build home page every month (upcoming events)

As months rotate through, it would be good re-build the site at the beginning of every month so old month shows are cycled out, and current month shows are cycled in.

I'm thinking a Netlify scheduled function could do this? (although it is in Beta)

what would be cool is to intentionally display the last months shows, but also put a ⭐ next to the current episode, at all times.
