Redesign Experiment admin, because:

  • Cannot add default QuestionSeries to Block inline
  • Export csv does not work from Block inline
  • Reordering Blocks by changing index and saving does not work, probably because of nested_admin

A new setup is merged (#experi, though #1455 may still be developed to replace the Django form in the future.
