Manually Type Hexidecimal Values

It is difficult to select the exact color I want since I cannot type in hexadecimal values

Be able to type in the text box and have the color match the current hexadecimal value
(while also keeping the current graphical color selection)

I think they meant inside the Themes section, for each color picker text input box.
