At this time, installation of bioio-ome-zarr plugin is required to read and process zarr files.

I suspect the fix is to add bioio-ome-zarr to the cyto-dl dependencies. Currently bioio and ome-zarr are included in the dependencies but not the bioio plugin for ome-zarr: https://github.com/AllenCellModeling/cyto-dl/blob/221543844fbefe5a6027f0473c1f4b4eaf59c7b9/pyproject.toml
